Colombian Ocamonte
Origin
Our Columbian Ocamonte beans are grown at an elevation of between 1400 and 1900 metres, and harvested between April and June. These beans are produced and sold by Empresa Cooperativa del Sur del Cauca (COSURA), a co-operative composed of 15 farmer associations and coffee cooperatives from four municipalities in Cauca, a mountainous province of southwestern Colombia. Established in 1993, COSURA represents 1090 members, and produces 17 containers of coffee every year.
Flavour
Colombian Ocamonte is soft with a round body, mild acidity and mellow oaky tones.
Use:
As a single origin, Columbian Ocamonte is excellent as a filter or plunger, but its exceptional body makes it suitable for an espresso machine.

Incredible coffee and great people, it's always a superbly made brew wherever you go when it's Peoples

Fair Trade practices are fundamental to how we run our business. It's one of the reasons we started a coffee business in the first place.
