We are Peoples Coffee, a boutique roastery located in Newtown. First and foremost, we love coffee. We're decicated to bringing you the best cup of coffee around, and that's the kind that makes a difference in the world. That means we only roast certified Fairtrade beans.

We differ to other roasteries in Aotearoa in that our entire range of coffee is certified Fairtrade coffee. Not only do we produce great coffee, but there's a story in every cup. It's not the pattern in your latte, it's the story of our growers and the co-operatives from whom we source our beans. This coffee is often grown by people we know, in places we've visited.

Join us either of our two espresso bars, Garrett St just off Cuba Mall, or Peoples Coffee Espresso on Constable Street opposite the Newtown library.

We love our neighbourhood, with its unique mix of cultures and small businesses, and it goes without saying that we love Wellington. You can also contact us by email, fax or phone. We buy direct from the grower and ship to you, so it's got the fresh taste of great coffee and the fresh taste of freedom.
