Our Coffee
We differ to other roasteries in Aotearoa in that our entire range of coffee is certified Fairtrade coffee. Not only do we produce great coffee, but there's a story in every cup. It's not the pattern in your latte, it's the story of our growers - the co-operatives from whom we source our beans. This coffee is often grown by people we know, in places we've visited.
A smooth, full bodied espresso with subtle high notes and a lingering dry finish.
Muscat grape, with floral fruit flavours and a light, silky body. Beautiful caramels are revealed with a dash of full cream milk. High caffeine.
Tadesse Meskala is a clean flavoured, four-origin blend with a light grapefruit acidity as a black, and smooth caramels when combined with milk.
Colombian Ocamonte is soft with a round body, mild acidity and mellow oaky tones.
Full-bodied with a pleasant acidity. This origin has a nutty character finishing with warm chocolate overtones.
A close sibling of Mexican Chiapas, this water decaffeinated coffee will wow your taste buds, without the caffeine jitters.
Classic legendary Indonesian qualities. A solid, bold, knock-you-down-with-spice cup of coffee.
A beautiful low acidity origin with complex flavouts and a smooth body. Rich earthy tones are complemented by a cocoa finish.
A unique, spicy coffee with umami/savoury finish, and like many from this region, a rich, full bodied, cocoa mouth feel.

Fair Trade practices are fundamental to how we run our business. It's one of the reasons we started a coffee business in the first place.
