Brew Guide
Here’s how we run our espresso shots:
- Dose: 18 grams
- Brew weight: 19.5 grams
- Brew volume: ~30ml (depending on how high the crema sits due to bean age)
- Brew time: ~35 seconds
- Brew water temperature: 92-96°C
This blend and brewing method was developed for and using La San Marco espresso machines. We recommend maturing this blend for at least three days after roast before brewing.
