Timor Maubisse
Origin
Our Timor Maubisse comes from the Cooperative Cafe` Timor - a group of 16 base cooperatives made up of over 19,000 coffee farmers. Founded in 1994, the cooperative gained Fair Trade certification in 2001 greatly benefiting farmers with higher prices.
Despite their coffee only making up 1% of the world's coffee production, the sale of coffee brings much needed foreign exchange.
Timor Maubisse coffee from CCT is Washed Arabica, SHB, Organic Certified.

Sweet nutty flavor, medium acidity and smooth body.
