With the coming change in the season, we’ve switched up our seasonal to highlight the flavours of the Tolima region in Colombia.

This single origin roast has a body of nutty macadamia and luscious plum sweetness followed by a finish of bright grapefruit citrus.

This coffee comes from the ASOPEP cooperative, who champion a trio of ambitious goals: to independently market their coffee, establish their own governance, and craft a conservation model ensuring resources for future generations.

With a dynamic representation of women and youth, ASOPEP has been instrumental in reshaping the once-hostile image of the Tolima region, a legacy of past violence that hindered financial accessibility.
